Products on sale are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the rare case of defects or wrong product delivered. Contact our customer care for a swift resolution, including refunds or replacements.
Combo Offers/Products: In case of combo offers and combo products, returns are not accepted. In cases of exchanges, the customer will need to bear the charges for backward shipment and as well as for forward shipment (delivery charges for products to get back to us and for the exchange order to be delivered to them). Please note: charges will be shared with the customer in case the exchange is issued. Once we initiate the exchange and the product gets back to us, we will deduct the charges and return the rest amount through store credit that can be used to place the exchange order. (Exchanges are subject to the availability of stock).
Please Note :
(i) Shipping Charges won't be refunded for any returns.
(ii) In the case of COD orders, the COD convenience fee will not be refunded.
(iii) In case of replacement/exchange or return, the customer needs to pay a nominal fee of INR 150 for the reverse shipment of the item.
We only return in the form of store credits that are valid for one year.
Return
In case of a return, once the shipment reaches us, and after the quality check is done, the customer will be given back the amount in the form of store credits(gift card) after deducting INR 150 (for backward shipment) and INR 50 convenience fee (only in case of COD orders). The store credit will be valid for a year and the customer can buy anything from our website with that amount within a period of a year.
Exchange
In case of exchange, once the returned product reaches us, we will issue a gift card worth the product’s price minus ₹150 for pickup charges. You can use this gift card to exchange for a different size if available. If the desired size is not in stock, you can use the gift card to purchase any other product from our website. All exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of processing.

Cancellations: Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. Please reach out to us as soon as possible for the cancellation of the order. Sometimes, we dispatch the order immediately.
Color and Size: Please review the dimensions of our products carefully. While we aim for accuracy, there may be slight variations in color and size from what is shown on screens. We do not accept exchanges or returns based on these variations.
Quality Concerns
Quality Issues: Our products are subject to strict quality checks to ensure excellence. If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours at contact@khilkhilahat.com or WhatsApp us at 8949344427 with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We may offer a replacement or exchange after reviewing your request.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and with labels and packaging intact.
Nappies and Diapers are non-returnable as they fall under the category of intimate-wear. However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or wrong item delivered to you, please reach out to us so we can arrange for replacement of the item.
In case of orders above INR 5000/- on COD, the company will ask you for a deposit of 10% to be paid as partial payment. If the customer refuses to receive the order, then the total cost incurred by the company to ship and get it back (forward shipment and RTO charges) will be deducted from the customer's partial payment and the rest will be given back to the customer.

If a Customer Refuses a Prepaid Order

Forward & Return Charges Deducted: If a prepaid order is refused at the time of delivery and comes back to us as RTO (Return to Origin), we will deduct the actual two-way shipping charges (forward + reverse) from the customer’s paid amount.

Refund via Store Credit: The remaining balance (after deduction) will be refunded only as store credits, valid for one year.
- No Refund on Sale Items: If the refused order was from a sale/discounted collection, no return, refund, or credit will be issued, since sale items are non-returnable.
